The Motor Insurers Bureau (MIB) has advised all insurers/delegated authority Brokers that they are experiencing difficulties with the launch of their Navigate portal and our policy/vehicle records have not been updated. The MIB instructed policyholders to provide drivers with a copy of their Motor certificate should they be stopped by the Police.
