We recognise that whenever a vehicle is off the road due to an accident, fire, theft or vandalism irrespective of blame, this causes substantial disruption. To minimise the cost and time your vehicle is off the road, our 24 hour Accident Management Service can assist you. Linkfield Accident Management will arrange to get your vehicle repaired and back on the road as quickly as possible using our extensive nationwide network of approved repairers.

There is a dedicated telephone number which operates 24-hrs a day for 365 days a year for non-driveable or insecure vehicles and between 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri for minor incidents. A call to this number will set the accident repair system in motion - 08457 023518

A free courtesy car* will be available for the duration of the repairs to the damaged vehicle.**

We will also arrange for a replacement vehicle, for a limited period, where the damaged vehicle is identified as a total loss.

The damaged vehicle will be collected by one of our authorised network repairers and taken to their workshop. Thereafter it will be returned by our repairer when the work has been completed.

All repairs are guaranteed for 3 years and the repaired vehicle will be returned in a clean and tidy condition.

.*All courtesy cars are 'Group A' vehicles with manual gearbox.
** A courtesy car is not provided in the event of a total loss, or theft, unless the vehicle is recovered and subsequently requires repair.
