We are pleased to inform you of an exciting initiative that we have entered into with the Accident Exchange Group and Highcross AutoServices to provide a free "like for like" vehicle in the event of a non-fault motor accident including total loss claims. If you already utilise our accident management service you will be aware that we arrange for vehicles to be taken, following an accident, to a nominated approved repairer for the repair work to be carried out and, at the same time, a free courtesy car is supplied. This service is "Free of Charge" provided the points below are followed:-

1. The accident is non-fault (agreed by the Accident Exchange Group)
2. The other party involved in the incident is identifiable, i.e. name of the other party, address and vehicle registration number.
