Delivery of Service / Key Performance Indicators
As a part of the National Framework Agreement Brian Johnston & Co is committed to provide our stakeholders with:
- A record of all claims and costs (including payments and reserves below the levels of excess) quarterly. The reports include details of repetitive drivers and claim type but can be modified to meet your exact requirements.
- Authenticated claims history from the current insurer not less than 60 days prior to the expiry of the policy.
- Renewal terms and/or alternative quotations not less than 30 days prior to the expiry of the policy.
- All documentation within 30 days of renewal. Unless required by statute the documentation is provided electronically.
- Quotations for new business within 7 days of receipt of the requested underwriting information.
- Resolution of a complaint within a one week period following receipt of notification.
- The provision of risk management solutions via our strategic partner, Peak Performance, within 180 days of the inception of cover.
- Access to motor related legal services via our in-house solicitors.
- Accident Management and Claims handling Services including the recovery of all uninsured losses.
